Hi! I miss blogging tons! I still think about it, but right now, I have been pretty busy (that's a good thing! lol). I am at my MIL's house for the holidays and I don't really have too much to write about. I have been chatting, shopping, playing with the animals, socializing with my SIL, etc. We also saw Avatar, which was awesome. I would definitely recommend it. We may see Twilight this evening. I still can't believe I still haven't seen it! Oh, well. This week, will be much of the same, but I wanted everyone to know, I haven't forgotten you and I will get back to this probably after the holidays.
Smooches to all!

let it snow...
Hi! Guess what? I'm cold. lol. It figures. I mean it's only what, like 10 degrees outside with a -3 degree windchill. Awesome possum. I know, I know, I mean I do have the heater on, as well as the fire blazing, but just looking outside at the snow, makes me cold. But....I love it. Yes, I know, crazy. But I do indeed love cold weather.
We took the dogs out to frolic in the snow. They both accidentally ran straight into a snow bank. I felt awful, but they seem OK.
I was also planning on getting out of our apartment for a few days to let Ned study, but I am staying for a few more days. He is doing well, and apparently I am not distracting him too much.
Not too much else is going on (I tend to say this a lot lol). But I am enjoying the snow and cold:). I hopefully will get some cleaning done today.

Hi:)
Hello!
Not too much going on here. Our weather has been a little wacky. We were supposed to just get really cold rain, then it turned to 6-12 inches of snow with blizzard conditions. Then, as it turns out, we just had a dusting (of course). Well, we will be getting frozen rain, or some kind of winter mix this afternoon. I don't know, actually no one ever does know what's going on with our weather. Lol.
I will be going to stay in town starting tomorrow. Ned had an exam today, and he has a big one on Friday. So I figured I would get out of his hair for his big time study session.
So I am just trying to get the house clean and my stuff organized. Wish me luck:)
See...? Not much else going on:) Have a wonderful day!

Christmas/Hanukkah #1:)
Santa has come! lol. Well, my step-dad (Abba) came to see me. My mom was supposed to visit as well, but she is sick, so he flew out here to see me (and go to a conference). Well, I wanted to spend more time with him, but I wasn't feeling 100%, so we hung out yesterday. He came here and we had lunch. We then went downtown to Mass. St (downtown) and shopped a little bit.
We went back to the apartment and watched football all day.
I was a little disappointed to see the gators loose, but watching my Facebook status updates scroll in became fun. People were basically saying that they are proud and all (true), but they were saying it was sad that other people were sassing the loss. Well, I 150% guarantee you that those (same UF) people would have sassed Bama if UF would have won. I mean some of them were sassing them before they even lost saying that they were going to roll over the tide (Bama's saying is "Roll Tide"). That, to me is just as bad as watching the bama players do the gator chomp. Please. People will be people and rag on the loosing team. Period. no matter how "Klassy" either team and their fans are.
See? another fan rant. I like the gators, just not the way the fans act. Like they own the world...ok enough.
We had a great time watching football all day. Big teams, with big wins and losses. I really love Nebraska, but wanted a big 12 team to go to the championship, so I ::eek:: rooted for the Longhorns. They ended up winning, Yay! So go big 12!!!
We also opened up my Christmas presents. I wanted to have two special Christmas's not just one big one. So I had a lot of fun and got some great gifts. I swear, just buying myself a new 10$ pillow made my day last week, so getting a lot of present? Wow, I was super excited.
Thanks Mom, Abba, Nana, Boone, U.Dave, Tricia, Christyna and Scott:). See?...Lots of santas lol.
So today, after Christmas #1, I got some Sonic breakfast (yum) Dunkin Donuts for Ned (he is studying alllllllllll day) and am watching lifetime Christmas movies. I had heard these were on, and we only watch HD. I looked all over our channels and didn't find any holiday type movies. Well, I realized we had other channels besides HD, and viola! Christmas movies all day!
The other thing I am doing today is looking for "the gift" for our family New Years exchange. I NEED to find the perfect gift that everyone fights over. lol. No, it would not be bad if it wasn't "the gift" but, that is my goal.
So not too much going on, although lots of rambling. :) Enjoy your day!

Hello Blog
Long time, no see. You have been missed! Ok, so we had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I will post what we did and ate with hopefully pictures later. I have a bunch of pics, but unfortunately when Ned updated our computer operating system, iphoto got deleted. :(. So I am trying to find a way to download my pics. You will have to be patient. Or rather I will have to be patient
:::taps foot, trying my hardest to wait patiently:::
Ok, so really, it has been quite boring here. But there are two stories to tell: Enjoy:)
I have to go to a mom-and-pop pharmacy for one of my meds. I ordered it yesterday morning, but forgot to pick it up in time for me to get it by the end of the day. So I will pick it up the next day, right? Wrong. Guess who came knocking on my door last night around 7:30? The pharmacy! How awesome! They drop off meds for people when they don't pick it up. How amazing. I was profoundly thankful and told him how awesome he was.
So I am trying to do some "spring cleaning" to this apartment. This entails lots of cleaning and organizing (really not going too well lol, but getting some stuff done). Well, some of our windows "sweat" during the cold months. I really haven't figured out exactly why, but they do. So we knew that a few did, but didn't realize the one behind our bed does as well. We usually have the blinds pulled down and curtains pulled over it. So as I was taking the pillow cases off some pillows that were stuffed against the window (between the window and bed), I noticed MOLD. Yes, I said MOLD. I almost yakked up my breakfast. We got a new bed in the spring, and haven't gotten a new headboard yet. So sometimes pillows get stuck down in this "crack." Well, the mattress it up against the window sill, so we were worried that maybe our BRAND NEW mattress had mold on/in it. So we took it apart, and made sure it was really dry before OKing the situation. Whew...no mold anywhere else. But we did end up moving our room around. It now feels so new, and we love it. We also got new curtains, just in case those had mold somewhere on them. The funny thing is, I had just cleaned those pillow cases about a month ago (pillows we don't use) so really between now and a month ago, we have had mold grow. Be careful people!!!! Blech....so gross!
Ok, I hope you enjoyed my stories:). I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN TWILIGHT YET. Boo. That sucks. Maybe tonight, who knows....

Happy Thanksgiving (in advance)
Hello:) I have been busy getting ready for the weekend. Doing chores (i.e. laundry). No one likes to come home to a messy house. I also wrapped all of my presents. While I was picking up after my wrapping mess, I realized I had not taken pictures of all of my presents (I made them). So I went back this morning, unwrapped everything, took pics, and wrapped them back up. What a huge waste of time...oh well. At least I have documentation of my hard work:).
I don't know how much time I will have this weekend to update, but if not, I hope everyone has an amazing Thanksgiving.

Here we go again
Do you remember my post (multiple posts actually) from this summer, about the poor boxer puppy who would scream, yell, and bark when the owner left? Well, Houston we have another screamer. Yes, this time, it is the little Yorkie living smack dab beneath us. Lovely. Why oh why? It sits there and screams like it is being tortured. At first, I wanted to go give it a hug and a kiss, but after an all night encore show of this? I am think about calling animal control. I will most likely talk to the neighbor when I see her next. Ned said she probably knows the pup does this, but I am not so sure. Oh, and this dog may not really a puppy. It is at least 6-8 months old, probably older.
So that is the blissful noise I am listening to right now. It has my own pups going crazy.
In other news, I am getting so excited about thanksgiving. Stuffing...here I come. I will hopefully hold back my urge to over-stuff myself and more importantly hold back the urge to run to the front of the food line. I am celebrating Turkey day with my in-laws. I am very thankful for their generosity. I am also thankful because I will not be the most ideal guest this year. I cannot eat dairy. This means, the necessary baking staples such as butter, milk, cream, or ice cream (I know ice cream is not necessary, but it is important gosh darnit!!:)).
I have gone ahead and told them to make what they usually make and I will choose what I can and can't eat. But, my MIL has gone ahead and thought ahead of some specially made dishes, or converting old dishes so that I can eat something beside turkey (because remember I am a full fledged carnivore now?). Either way, I am super excited for not only Thanksgiving, but a nice realizing weekend full of family and fun.
I will try to keep you posted, but I do not know about the picture situation. Ned re-did our operating systems and it doesn't have the picture program. That is somewhere in storage. So I will try to find a way to put pictures up some time in the near future.
Alright, I will see ya later! Have a wonderful Monday!
